Other professionals you may work with include Pre-School Fieldworkers, Healthcare support workers, Safety Inspectors, OFSTED Inspectors, Special Education Advisors.

depends what you mean..youve not explained it very well i'm afraid. I work in a preschool as 2nd deputy..i work with the playleader (also the senco-special educational needs officer), the 1st deputy and an assistant...but also have contact with health visitor, community nurse, leading teacher, speech therapist, sure start and many more..

You would probably have someone from the local authority to give you advice. It would be their role to ensure that you're keeping up to date with any new requirements, such as the new EYFS, and support you with any problems.

Speech Therapists often visit, so it's their role to offer specialist advice on individual children, to help your SENCO produce an IEP.

And, Ofsted inspector, who's role is to ensure that your provision is up to its standards on behalf of the Governemnt and parents.
