Describe your worst dinning experience ever in your lifetime?

My worst is probably when i was with a friend at Friendly's and he was eating ice cream and there was a piece of glass in it........but my friend did not get hurt and the check was taken care of so it wasnt that bad but the glass could've done alot of damage.

i dont like cajun food and we were on a boatride on the riverw in new orleans...could only eat one thing from the buffet..

I was dining at a nice restaurant in Los Angeles and a family member passed out.  He had eaten something very hot and it made him pass out.  The rest of us hadn't been served.  We called 911, and sent him to the hospital.  He was ok but as we were leaving the waitress chased us down and wanted to know who was paying for the meal and tip.  She never asked if he was ok or could she wrap up the food or anything.

one time when I was a boy, my family and I were eating out while on vacation.  My grandparents, parents, and my brother were there.  While at the dinner table, I twisted a mayonnaise packet until it popped.  It shot mayo everywhere!  There was a streak down the middle of my head... kinda like a mayo mohawk!

A similar thing happened to me at a Hooters, the frozen rimmed glass, accidentally got  broken glass frozen to it.

They did the same, comped the meal and beer.

But the worst thing I ever saw was a meal with a cockroach mixed in the food. We left and didn't pay.

I went to Friday's and waited 45 mins after ordering for my meal.  Everyone at the other tables had got their meal, eaten and left.  Then finally a new waited came up and asked for our order.  I guess the other waiter had went home or something.

Not the worst experience but is worth remembering.
