Descrimination against pakistani?

We all wanted to go to india, and got a visa for 1 year.. However, my relative, from pakistan, wanted to go as well and they took a very long time issuing her visa.. Then she got only 2 months visa.. is this discimination? what can she do?

  1. Its totally discrimination. But what can your relative do with this. Just have to swell this humiliation/injustice and keep moving forward.


  2. You can ask or complain but it's their country and they can do as they see fit. (you may both lose your visas if they want)

  3. Simple Answer: Ask the issuing agency for the "reason" why her VISA was less than 1 year. They will disclose any restrictions.

    Never go with the childish belief that LIFE IS FAIR. No it is not. Each country has LIMITATIONS and RESTRICTIONS on who they allow into their country and for how long. Nationality has 99.99% to do with it. Just because an American can get a 1 year VISA does not mean a MEXICAN can have the same or for that matter any other nationality.

  4. Pakistanis and Indians have common ancestors... there is nothing wrong in the hearts of both of we people...

    it is the current bilateral situation that might have forced the authorities for such actions...
