this is such a great desert i would love to make it!

Milhojas (literally, "thousand layers") also known as "torta Rogel" is a very simple cake!!! You just need

1) 500 g puff pastry dough, (which you can find a recipe anywhere on internet or even buy it in the supermarket) kneaded into half-centimeter thick discs, and COOKED in the oven until golden

2) 1 kg of "dulce de leche" (milkjam: you can make it at home by heating a tin of condensed milk for 2-4 hs at low heat inside a pan filled with water)

3) Meringue

If you get those three ingredients right, then all you need to do is assemble them toghether: put one layer of puff pastry and cover it abundantly with the dulce, then again and again as desired, then cover entirely with meringue. That simple! :)
