I agree with the above answer; a see-saw contraption could work the best.  However, if you are allowed electricity, it would be very easy to obtain a blow-dryer, make a closed area, and then turn it on.  This would obviously keep the ball in perpetual motion, at least until the power goes out!

Design a device that moves the ball from one piece to another and another and another  and when it gets to the end, it reverses and goes back the other way. You can make it two, three or more pieces. They can have curves in them, as long as the ball keeps moving. Think along the lines of a see-saw that kids play on. One side up drops down and then rises to move the ball to the next piece. Wish I could draw this out for you but hopefully, you will get the idea!
