Design on a dime show, about kitchen counter tops..?

Question

i only seen the last part of this show about the top 35 tips, they were showing kitchen countertops being painted in somthing that made them look and feel like concrete...if anyone seen this or knows what it was they were using...i tried looking it up online but there was sooo much on there web page it was a waste of time..thanks so much
