Hi i live in Chat Moss UK the area has just been Designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest AND designated as a European Union Special Area of Conservation What dose this mean Will it be safe from builders

It depends on who designated it and what the reasons are. I think it is because of Worsley Man and the other bog bodies. This is significant as it contains pre historical information about the region.
