Designer brooch knock-offs?

Question

I'm having an Amsale gown custom-made my Julius Bridal, but for the life of me, I cannot find a brooch that looks anything like the original. My mom's friend (who's had two daughters get married) says that he thinks she's seen places that replicate designer brooches as well, but she can't remember anything about it.

Just wondering if anyone here knows anything about that. I've tried antique stores galore, and nothing.

Big pins like that can be found online: try jewelry tv or ebay

Heres a tip, if you cant find one thats big enough, buy 2 or three smaller ones of the same style and pin them closely together!

Go to china town (seriosly) Broches galore! They are all made in china and they have them there for a fraction of the cost.
