Desk set up solution?

Question

Ok, I've got a lot of stuff I have to fit on a small desk. I've got a monitor keyboard, mouse,speakers, the usual. But I also am trying to fit both my 360 and my laptop on the desk.

The game system and the PC are going to share the same monitor.

I'm going to fashion a shelf so that I can attach the 360 vertically to the side of the desk but I don't know where I'm going to put my laptop which I want to leave open so I can have a two monitor setup.

Any creative solutions on where to put the laptop.

Build a custom shelf on the wall were you can set your laptop on

Dude!  A tripod that extends from behind and above your monitor.  If its just for viewing and not work and you wanna go cheap a tripod that holds sheet music could work. I've see quality tripods that have the strength to hold a guitar.  I've seen laptop holders that are like arm platform type things.  Check out a Jotto Desk® and then check out my sources.
