Desktop Restore Issue

Question

I am facing with following error while trying to restore
myactivedesktop. which displays white
desktopscreen witj restore active desktop button.when I
am clicking the restore active desktop button. It
displays the following scripting error. I have triedto
reinstallinternet explorer two times but the issue is remain same.file///C:/Documents%20%and%20Settings/Administrator/Aplication% 20Data/Microsoft/Internet%20Explorer/Desktop.httPlease help me to resolve this issue.Thanx.
