Desktop background is too big to have?

my picture of a person as my background is good but the persons head is cut off!! how can i fix this? an its on center setting..

The picture might be to big.

You could try increasing the resolution of your desktop.

(Windows xp)

Right click empty space on desktop.

Properties>Settings

Then drag the Resolution slider one to the right until the picture fits.

You can load the pic on PAINT and reduce its size under the Image Tab .. RESIZE

This works in Windows XP/2000/98

Desktop > Right click > Properties

Switch to Desktop tab

See the "Position" dropdown, select "Stretch" from this list.
