Desperate, what can i do if the company i work manipulates our labor contract in their favor & union lets them

what can i do if the company i work manipulates the wording in our labor contract to work in their favor and our union stewards and the union allows it. its like the union is being payed off by the company. and the union members are being poorly represented. please, what can we do to stop this it is getting quite ridiculous.

You can vote against the new contract, and get your fellow members to vote against it as well.  The membership always votes on a contract before it goes in force, just because the Union recommends it doesnt mean it has to pass.  You can vote out your union leadership.

Or you can quit and find another job.  Of course, then you will probably have to work in the world that most of the rest of us live in, which is where everything is always slanted towards the employer with no voting on the contract since there is no contract.
