Desperate NEED of HELP and CHOICE. ANYONE can Answer This!?

I have been raising money in school with a bunch of friends

(For Animal Charity and African Kids (Preferrably For Measles)

We need to choose 2 Organisations. I need YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS on Foundations and Donation Funds...

Which ones? WWF? SOS FAUNA? ETC?

No idea! I am totally against SHARK FINNING....

so if u can find any ones that are for SHARKS CONSERVATION, PERFECT!!!

and tell me what they do as well...like donate to what and whether i could check up on it ? thank youu so much

I would highly recommend this organization...it was started by a husband and wife who are zoologists.  They have been in Africa for years studying endangered elephants, lions, leopards, hyenas, etc.  They also educate the African public about wildlife, endangered species, and about environmental awareness which is VERY important in Africa since these programs are pretty much non-existent in this country.  The main key to saving Africa's endangered wildlife is to get poaching stopped which involves educating its people about this problem.  More info here:

I also like some of the larger organizations you mention such as WWF, etc...but these are so large and well known, that I think they get plenty of donations..I tend to like "grassroots" organizations like this one started by real scientists who work first hand with wildlife.

who ever you donate your hard earned money look into the organization make sure the money goes to the cause and not to administrative costs.Some groups will take upwards of 80% to cover costs and only 20% goes to the actual cause.A good group is the World Mennonite Relief Center 90% of money raised goes to the causes and 10% is for covering other expenses.They will go to these countries and administer the medical aid or build fresh water wells they do some of the best work I know of for children and poor villages in 3rd world

Well, I would choose WWF which cares about the environment and animals in general, and Unicef which cares about children all over the world.
