Desperate PSP video help?

can put music on my psp no problem, i just drag them on the file called music. But when I download a music video from google and drag it to the file called video it works because you can see the litte picture of the video. but when I want to watch it on my psp it says that there is no video there !!

please give me step by step directions!! the video is in mp4 format!!!!!!! PLease HELP

Even though it has MP4 on the end and is MP4 format, it may not be PSP MP4 format. If it's not showing up then that could be the case. But firstly, what firmware are you on? If you've got anything below 2.80 it won't show up in the video folder it needs to be placed in MP_ROOT........complicated, i recommend you upgrade to at least 2.80 if you're not already. If you are already on 2.80 and above, it means that it must not be PSP mp4 format. All I can recommend is reconverting it with PSPVideo9 and then putting it on your PSP.
