I am planning to leave my husband of 16 years. I have 3 kids and am currently living in the U.S. I will be moving back to England where I am originally from. I am very scared. I am too ashamed to go back and move in with my dad. I have no friends or family over here. I have been at home with the kids for the last 7 years, before that I worked in childcare for a few years. I have no college education. I would like to get a job right away and find somewhere to live. I need advice on where the best place to go would be, where can I find a job? I have been out of the U.K for 13 years now.

  1. You could check out this website. You just take surveys and get a fair amount of money from taking them, though it is a way to make a side income, not a full income. http://www.AWSurveys.com/HomeMain.cfm?Re...

  2. u can search for companies that are looking for staff in UK by searching in the net, and sending ur resume through email so u can arrange with them before u move to UK so u can guarantee ur work there

  3. I am so sorry.  That must be a horrible situation.  I would suggest trying to find some ways to earn extra online while you are still trying to move and find a job and stuff.  Check out this page:  http://www.squidoo.com/PTCsitereviews   You can actually get money pretty quickly from some of them.

  4. Try this link:

    http://www.workopolis.com/work.aspx?acti...

If that dopesn't work, go to www.workopolis.com click on search jobs and at the bottom part where all the boxes are, find United Kingdom in the country, then hit search. There aren't a whole lot there, but it's a start. Also, you could try international yahoo, and go through the jobs category on the UK & Ireland site.

    Good luck to you!!

  5. If you are planning to take your children with you and they are not adults, I think you need to reconsider and do some more careful planning about the legality of your move.

You could end up losing your children permanently if you take them away from their father without his permission or the permission of the courts.
