Desperate for advice. Help would be appreciated.Please try to answer.?

Question

I know someone who has fallen into the trap of logbook loans. I was wondering how come they don't need a credit consumer license? How do they get away with charging such high rates of interest? Will my friend have to give up her car or does she have any rights? Any advise on what she should do? Anything would be useful. She needs the car.

Yeah she will. They are sharks just like pawn brokers. When times get hard the poor get robbed even more. She must keep up the payments. She can always apply for a new log book and say that she lost her last one and sell the car and buy a new care. Nothing will be done othere that a few threats because theere isn't enogh money involved to go to court. I would do the latter.
