Perhaps this is telling guy secrets...but if you like him...you don't need a poem...just hang around him, talk to him, if he doesn't figure it out, just tell him that you like him without sounding too easy.  If you give him a poem he'll probably think it a little strange and you may regret the gesture.  If he likes you, he'll like anything you do for him, or give him...don't be shy, just be yourself...and if you still feel you need to write a poem...wait until you are a little more intimate (boyfriend/girlfriend).  Trust me on this.
