Desperately need help. english paper due tomorrow.?

i am writing an i believe essay due tomorrow!! here are some topics: i believe...

- its whats on the inside that counts

- inner beauty

- procrastination is bad? (lol i got that idea from another yahoo answers question)

i just need help finding supporting ideas for them. i need to write a minimum of 3 paragraphs!! so please help me come up with three supporting ideas!! HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!! THANKYOU!!

just say something about how our society today has changed into a self absorbed culture. obsessed with outward appearance. it is what is on the inside that counts. dont judge a book by its cover so to speak .

I truly believe that the easiest of the three listed topics is #3 "Procrastination is bad." Here are three ideas that come to mind:

-The quality of the work done with procrastionation is much less than if the work is done with plenty of time

-This lack of quality reflects on your grade (it will probably be a lower grade), and thus speaks badly of you.

-The self-satisfaction of doing a good job with plenty of time is much grater than that of a job done with procrastination.
