Desperately need help on my windows movie maker for youtube videos??!!?

ok so i want to make a live action movie w/ windows movie maker (i used to think wmm would just make slide-shows but i have seen ppl make live action movies w/ it) so is there any way i can do it...here are some things i have tried it just doesn't seem to work first i downloaded a video it was a mpeg it dint play the video but the song would play, so i converted it w/ vixy.net it still wouldn't play this time nothing at all it would say i needed an upgrade to NERO 8 i have NERO 4 is there anything i can do please please help me !!! i cant buy things my parents wont allow me to!!

I don't understand why you need Nero at all? Windows Movie Maker creates the file, which you then simply upload to youtube. Nero is burning software, which isn't what you are trying to do.
