I can't afford yet another monthly payment!! I can help pay for materials and will help with labor/cleanup. I make too much money to get help - but not enough to make ends meet. Does anyone know of any groups/orgs. (besides Advocap or habitat for humanity) who could help?

  1. Call Home Depot, Lowe's and church groups.

  2. Try your own local church, or the St. Vincent de Paul society at your local Catholic church...you don't have to be Catholic to get assistance from them.  Explain the situation, and they may even have people on staff who can do the labor for repair or replacement.  I'll keep you in my prayers...I've been there too!

  3. Start with your church. Ask the church secretary if there are any church members who work for a roofing company, any who are maybe just handy, or any who would be willing to help you pay to have it done.

Is the a "Community Action" agency near you? They might also know who can help.

      Blessings to you, my friend!
