  1. I don't actually believe there is another "side" to a black hole.  At the "bottom" of a black hole is a singularity.  Anything that gets close enough to the blackhole gets drawn into and becomes a part of that singularity.  The singularity is dimensionless, timeless, and so incredible massive and dense.

I believe this because I believe that if you were to inject enough anti-matter into a black hole, all of the light that was drawn into the black hole would re-emerge as you converted most of the matter in the singularity into gamma rays, many of which would escape the black hole causing mass reduction.  If things fell into "the other side", no amount of anti-matter would allow anything to escape.

Of course that's all hypothetical, and for all we know anything falling into a black hole would spew forth from a white hole into another universe.

  2. The same as what is on the other side.

  3. Since a black hole is essentially a discontinuity in the normal fabric of space, if you could go through it and survive, then almost anything could be on the other side.

Discontinuities break down mathematical systems making predictions nearly impossible.

So perhaps that's where all the dark matter, that they can't locate, is hiding.
