It does bother me, but it doesn't surprise me. Insecure, lonely young people of all skin colors and ethnic backgrounds are being targeted and brainwashed by a corporate machine. It's all about selling clothes, albums, MP3s, and whatever else fits into the gangsta uniform. Want to complete the look? Aim for a Beyoncé clone! An identity crisis is required, too.
