Destroy The Camp destroys the field in the Henlow Derby Trial Stakes
Destroy The Camp, a 10-1 longshot, was the story of the night at Henlow during three £130 Henlow Derby Trail Stakes Duplicate races.  Camp not only won the first race, but had the best time of the set,
finishing the 460m race in 27.66 seconds.
Henlow Derby Trial Stakes Dup 1
Destroy The Camp has been a consistent winner, with three wins in his last seven races heading into the Henlow Derby Trial Stakes, but he was the second biggest longshot to win in this one at 10-1. A quick
start and a strong finish helped Camp power his way to a ½ length victory over 6-4 race favourite, Ten Large Down, who was coming off an impressive third place finish at the 64th East Anglian Derby Grand Final.
In third place, 3¾ lengths behind Ten Large, was Ministry Magic. Magic fell back on the first bend, and needed a strong finish to slip past Rhapsody Inblack to earn third place
In fifth was Total Reality, and in sixth was Eye Onthe Flash.

The second Trail Stakes saw Star Gaze recover from an early bump with Westmead Palace, and take the lead on the first bend. Gaze finished the race in first place, 2¼ lengths ahead of Delwood Robbo, the
7-4 race favourite.
Taking third place was Hidden Sky, 3¾ lengths behind Robbo. Westmead Palace got off to a great start, and looked to grab the early lead, but the bump with Gaze pushed him out of the lead. He would finish
the race in fourth.
Taking fifth place, ¾ lengths ahead of Eye Onthe Brave, was Deal Clincher.
Henlow Derby Trial Stakes Dup 3
The third race saw Westmead Guru, get off to the best start of all the Stakes Duplicate races. Once ahead of the pack, Guru would not be caught, finishing in first place, 2 lengths ahead of Torres Honcho.
In the early stages of the race Honcho trailed the 6-4 race favourite, Her Freckles, but a strong finish propelled Honcho into second place by a length.
Skidrow Joe raced well after a slow start, but couldn’t push his way into the top three, finishing 1½ lengths behind Freckles.
In fifth place was Trotters La Tina, and in last was Kinda Handy.
