Detail of description on LG KG200 mobile's...

Question

Sir, I want to know the detail doccument on LG KG 200 mobile hand set's engineering mode. When I push capture button of the camera of my phone it takes one second to capture the frame, and in that time either moving object changes position or my camera shifts a little bit. Is it possible to take a exposure instantly at same moment of pushing the exposure button? Kindly describe if possible.
