Lightning signed Godzilla (Kolzig).... we all knew that... but the details are released...

Hmm I don't know if this will solve their goaltending problem I mean come on this team gave up the most goals last year so I think they should focus more of defenseman

All i have to say is that the lightning are gonna look completely different next season! hopefully kolzig works out for them though cause they have had some goaltending problems ever since they lost khabibulin

i'm getting really excited about this year. so many new faces would be awesome for us because we usually pick no-namers and stick them 3rd or 4th lines. Kolzig would be great for us because Smith would excellent under him!

All I can say is that at least the Lightning now have somewhat of a solid goalie.   A smart move to only sign him for a year too.  We'll see how his age gets to him.

Have you ever seen the cartoons where they stick a piece of gum in a dam to stop a leak.  I believe this is a comparable situation.
