That means the battery can run a 270 ma load for 14 hours. I believe this is a battery for a radio controlled car or some other toy or hobby grade model. I buy my batteries from www.cheapbatterypacks.com . It seems that because your battery pack is running AA cells, your either using these cells in a toy or as a RX pack. Hope this helps out.
