This property is perfect for what I am looking for, but I notice it's very cheap for it's size, and there are a couple lots just down the road that are smaller, but cost more, and they also sem to be avoiding posting the actual address number. Just wondering if anyone could give me any clues, so that I can go to my meeting with the realtor prepared. Thank you all in advance!

What city and state is the property in?  Is it just a lot?

I suggest you get your own Realtor to represent you in the purchase, it won't cost you anything more to have an expert in the field who knows the local market serving your best interests rather than the interests of the seller.
