I am holding an Indian Passport, currently i am studing in Australia on Student visa; on which visa my wife can come in australia so that she can stay with me

You can apply for a Spouse Visa or De Facto Visa for your wife. The de facto visa is also eligible for unmarried couple if they can provide the necessary requirements.

For married couples, your marriage must be legal in Australia or in country of marriage (must be recognized under Australian Law).

Visa processing time generally takes 3 to 10 months. Your wife will be given a temporary visa for 2 years, she may work in Australia during this period.
