Detect hidden programmes on pc?

there is this file i want to delete but it's keeps denying access, saying it's protected or running on my pc but i can't see it.

Stop it from running in the task manager.

Change the attributes to unhide or unprotect it

Since you did not give any info on exactly what the program was specific help can't be given.

pm_proc1 is considered unsafe.

boot onto safe mode ( press F8 at boot up then select SAFE MODE)

now go to your system32 folder

find the file and delete it.

you should also run your anti spyware program in safe mode and delete anything it finds..
