Question:

Detects CD but not DVD

I have compaq Laptop V6450EE. This machine have PIONEER DVDRW/CDRW DL K17 Dual Layer DVD / CD writer. Now my Laptop is not detecting any DVD even the recovery DVD which i created from this laptop only. Please let me know how i solve this problem.
