Determine the center of gravity?

i lift a unit from 4 lifting pionts and the C.G wasn't at the center, the unite was unbalanced i need a way to determine the center of gravity by using 4 ifting points

Assuming this is practical due to size and weight:

Put the unit on a flat board. Put a fulcrum (maybe a piece of pipe or angle iron) under the board. Find the balance point. The CG is on a line above the fulcrum.

Now rotate the board so that the fulcrum is at a 90 degree angle to its previous position, and find the new balance point. Where that intersects the previous one is the CG.
