Determining a target audience of a certain "class"?

I want my company to target a higher rated community but I do not want to sound like I refuse to help those of "poor classes" because I will gladly help anybody. I am a heating and air contractor who wishes to expand my client basis towards higher income communities. I will still give service to anybody including old customers but how can I target a "richer" community of people without sounding biased and as if I refuse to help those of lower income. Like everybody, with the rising economic prices of gas and food, I need more money to cover living expenses and maintain my company. How can I say this without sounding rude?

  1. Nobody is offended by something if they don't see it. If you advertise where your existing lower class customers see the ads, how exactly are you reaching your desired target?

If you target higher class consumers, your other customers shouldn't (ideally) even see your message, because either you're marketing directly to other customers, or you're advertising in media that is used by higher end customers.
