I'm trying to get fit and lose a few pounds this summer. I am a vegetarian, but at uni it was hard to eat in a healthy way. Now I am back home and the kitchen is my domain. I want to try healthier recipes so I'd love to get any great veggie recipes from you all. Also do you know of any sites that have good vegetarian recipes? Like I said before I also want to lose wieght.A friend of mine mentioned going through a week of detox of just drinking fluids... is this healthy? Thanks!
