yes, people will be ticketed the week of Woodward Cruise IF

not wearing a seatbelt

opened alcoholic beverages in the vehicle

no valid plate

caught racing

doing burnouts

excessive show of speed

dumping a liquid onto the street to facilitate a burnout

meaning.........

doing stupid stuff which could endanger the reputation of a very safe Cruise event
