Detroit Pistons: Most disappointing players ever in franchise history - NBA Special

The Detroit Pistons have produced some of the very best basketball talents in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Since its inception in 1948, Pistons have won total three NBA titles. With many great names including Isiah
Thomas, Ben Wallace and Grant Hill, there are also some players who disappointed with their individual performances.
Here is an overview of those players who never impressed with their performances and could not do much for the Pistons.
Allen Iverson:
No doubt Allen Iverson had a very good career in the NBA and with every team he played for but his time at the Pistons was not impressive. He has spent only one season with the Pistons and could impress with his individual performance.
He did not play any major games for the Pistons due to the injury in the middle of the season.
Christian Laettner:
Former professional basketball player Christian Laettner played in NBA for almost 13 years with six different teams. Overall his performance remained consistent, but the time he spent with the Detroit Pistons was very disappointing
and he could not impress much. The reason for his slump at the Pistons was the injuries.
Darko Milicic:
Drafted by the Detroit Pistons in 2003 as a first round pick, Darko Milicic was another disappointment for Detroit Pistons. He played three seasons with the Piston but could not perform. The expectations were huge but Darko took
no initiative in improving his individual game.
He remained with the Pistons for three seasons after which he was finally traded to the Orlando Magic in 2006.  In total three seasons, he averaged below 2 points and rebounds per game.
Rodney White:
Rodney White, who is currently playing with a Korean basketball team, has also played in the NBA for the Detroit Pistons. Although, he played only a season with the Pistons, but his performance was not up to the NBA standards.
He played total 16 games for the Pistons in 2001-2002 season and averaged 3.5 points, 1.1 rebounds and 0. 8 assist per game.
Nazr Mohammed:
Nazr Mohammed, who is currently playing for the Oklahoma City Thunder, also played for the Detroit Pistons for two season. He was considered one of the brightest bigs when he made his way into the league. However, he failed to
live up to the expectations pinned on him.
His stint with the Pistons was the worst of his well travelled career. In his first season with the Pistons, he averaged 5.6 point, and 4.5 rebounds per game in total 51 games. In the second season, Nazr Mohammed averaged 3.3 points,
and 3.5 rebounds per game in total 21 games. He did not hang around for the third and was traded.
