You need to list and weigh the pros adn cons of at leat three alternative methods for maximizing food production, decide on the one you think would be most successful, adn explain your reasons for choosing it., Identify at least two ways this country is misusing its water supply, adn propose ways for its people to better use the water available to them.

  1. Development of a plan requires both a knowledge of current conditions and a well-defined goal or set of goals.  You must be familiar with at least one means of achieving your goal given current conditions, and hopefully aware of alternate means.  Fluency in local language and acceptance of local custom and ethos is essential.  Failure to establish rapport with locals is a near guarantee of failure of your endeavors.

    Warning:

    The use of the term "developing country" with respect to three of these countries relegates the expression to an euphemism.  Merely staying alive in these countries, especially if you are trying to change the status quo, can be a major blockade to the implementation of any plan, good or bad.
