Development of China's economy?

In the future, do you think China’s economic growth will remain “regionally-oriented” or do you see it evolving into a single, nation-wide economy? What would you suggest be done to enable China’s economy transition into a single, national economy?

China is a totalitarian communist dictatorship.  Prosperity is distributed precisely where the central planners intend for it to do go.  The only answer to the question is the overthrow of the ruling regime.  Revolution baby, or forget widespread prosperity.
