Developpe to second?? ; / help!!?

When I developpe to second and pull up so my hips are straight my legt goes so that my knees are facing only slightly behind me but my foot is facing the ceiling, this is only on my left, should I be more turned out?? will this mean I am using mainly my quads..??

also I need to stretch and strengthen how 4 developpes????
