Devendra Bishoo excited to play in front of his mother
Devendra Bishoo, the leading wicket taker for the Windies against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755, is very excited to play his first match at the Guyana National Stadium, his home ground, on May 5, 2011.
Bishoo has been a prominent bowler in the series against Pakistan and is a valuable find for West Indian Cricket.

Bishoo expressed his excitement to play in front of his home crowd, especially his mother, who will be there to witness the match. His father passed away when he was eight and he does not have any siblings. His mother is a source of inspiration for him.
Being the leading wicket taker in the series with 10 wickets at an average of 16.30, Bishoo has been instrumental for his national side. His best figures are 3 for 37.
"I have heard that the commentators are saying that I show no fear and that I am not afraid to bowl to anyone, that's true. I'm not. I believe in myself 100%. I stick to the basics, and go out there and do what I do best. I've been playing cricket since I was 11 and the secret is simple: never stop training. The way I look at it, there are no holidays in cricket. I never stop training ... rain or shine, I'm playing cricket,” revealed Bishoo.
Darren Sammy, the West Indian skipper, is pleased with the performance of his boys in the fourth ODI and wants them to continue with the same spirit and the grasp the fifth ODI as well.
He appreciated the bowlers, especially Bishoo and Ravi Rampaul who have been performing well ever since the World Cup.
West Indies have named the same 13-man squad for the final ODI and Sammy is positive that his team will carry on, motivated by their last victory.
