how do you get a picture on deviant art? i know how to upload pictures, but for example:

http://airedhiel.deviantart.com/

she has a picture of a zombie up, but it's not hers....how can i get a picture up like that, on the same spot on my profile?

If you click on the Zombie image, you'll see that it is, in fact, hers.  The way to get an image like that from the photos in your gallery is to go to "edit settings and profile", then select userpage display on the left hand side of the page, and then there will be, among other things, a dropdown box called "featured deviation" from which you can select any image in your gallery to be presented like that on your page.
