Deviant acts classified as "circumvention?"?

Can you give me some exemples of deviant acts classified as circumvention? I need some more examples for my paper. Or even a general explanation of what makes an act considered a "circumvention" type of act. That only ones we have really studied are 'price fixing' and 'insider trading.'
