I have a Rogers 8300HD DVR/PVR cable box with the universal remote (i think the remote model is 1055). I would like to be able to control my Yamaha HTR-6030 audio reciever with my universal rogers remote. I have tried all the device codes for Yamaha that are shown in the remote manual, as well as looking everywhere online for the code, but none of them are working. (I have also tried searching for the code by pressing the CH+ button and waiting for the reciever to turn off, but that didn't work either.) Does anybody know what the code is? or where I could find it. I would really apprecieate some help. Thanks in advance:)
