no, Kenny Dykstra isn't in DH Smith's league. That tag team would just hold DH back. None of the people who have power in WWE respect Kenny, while some people do respect Smith. It just wouldn't be a good team. If you ask me WWE should have DH Smith and TJ Wilson reunite as the Stampede Bulldogs or as their called in FCW the Canadian Bulldogs. It would be even better if I was their manager :D  but it'd be nice to see Natalya as their manager too.
