Dhh-200 Mobiblu player won't turn on shouts...

Hi there dear sir/madam,I have downloaded the firmware and followed with the suggested installation. But dhh-200 mobiblu still wants an upgrade, why doesnt the player work just start playing? who can I contact for support? any feedback is appreciated!!!! Thanks
