Dhl losted my package?

i have place an order and dhl was to ship it but i have not got it and it say i live in a remote area and that another carrier has it how do i know and how can i track it.

This isn't enough information. What country do you live in? What other carrier has it? How long has it been in transit?

If DHL actually lost your package and it was insured, you can file a claim to recover the value of your package.
