Yes i really think he is a very cool guy as well as captain.

As you have seen in world cup 20-20 final when the match went till the last 2 balls and he was looking really calm and compose.He was not bothered what will happen next and this also helps in boosting the confidience of other players. And it also helps younger players to handle such a pressure by looking at them.
