Chelsea’s interim manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Di Matteo has gone on to admit that he is happy to see his team perform on all cylinders, as they went on to beat QPR by six goals to one, only days after they overcame Barcelona in the Champions League.
During the game against their Premier League opponents, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Fernando-Torres-c13707 even managed to score a hat trick for the Blues in the process.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Florent-Malouda-c13838 went on to score the other three goals for the team, in a game that was all about the Blues.
When talking about the game and just how his team were playing some brilliant football, Di Matteo is quoted to have said: “I think we played well today”
“We played some really good football and scored goals and the three points - we are pleased with the way we got them.

“We have some very good players in the squad. I have said from the first day that you need to utilise your squad and it's the only way to be able to achieve our targets.

“I'm very pleased for everybody today - the ones that played and the ones that didn't play. It's been a good day for us.”
The manager was then asked if he expected to see his side perform in such a manner, only days after they beat http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604. The manager responded by admitting that he was quite surprised with the performance that his side put up and was amazed that the team
was able to focus on the league, along with the Champions League.
“No if I have to be honest, after the mid-week Champions League game, sometimes it's difficult to re-focus," he admitted.
Di Matteo now needs to get the Blues to continue playing to the best of their abilities, if they are to go on and end the league season in the top four.
At the same time, the manager is going to have to take notes from the team’s performance against QPR, in order to try and fine tune the team prior to taking on Bayern Munich in the Champions League finals.
