DiCaprio's hair style in The Departed?

I wanna cut my hair and recently saw the Departed and thought I wanted that hairstyle. If I went to a barber, how would I tell them I wanted it cut, in case they haven't seen the movie, or don't remember it?

Just bring in a photo of the hairstyle and if the barber/hairdresser is good they can probably replicate it.
