  1. In regards to the first answer to your question, if you have type 1 diabetes, there is no way that any doctor can eliminate your diabetes, as your immune system has destroyed your pancreas which caused you to become diabetic.  If you have type 2 or gestational diabetes, there is different help available.  I thought I'd clear that up right away.

I'm diabetic, and I am on my feet a lot at work as well.  I really haven't noticed that some shoes work better than others when it comes to walking shoes.  I wear Converse or Vans with arch supports in them.  New Balance works nice too.

When it comes to picking good shoes for work when you have diabetes, make sure the shoes are comfortable, have good arch support, don't pinch, are large enough, and aren't tied too tightly.  If you cut off the circulation in your feet (not a good thing, as circulation in the feet of most diabetics is less than desirable) then you're going to have problems.  Also, don't wear anything that can give you blisters, as sores on feet are hard to heal.  Keep this in mind when shoe shopping, and try wearing shoes at home on carpet before you wear them out of the house, so if there are problems, you may return them.

I hope this information helps.  Good luck!

  2. Most good sneakers , Nikkei, Reboks, and yes Dr. Scholls all have styles that will be good for your feet.  A running shoe is not a good idea, found that out the hard way.  I have several pairs of Dr. Scholls, along with some Reboks.

By the way, once you have diabetes, you don't get rid of it. type one OR type 2.  Natural "cures" almost killed me.  If there was a better way, the doctor would tell you.

  3. Oh my- can't people understand what you are simpply asking?  Try Dr. Scholls shoes. There a re many attractive styles and very, very comfortable. As a diabetic, my feet take priority after maintaining proper blood sugar control.  On my shoes, I added tri-heel pads because of heel spurs and have had no problems with my feet since I started wearing Dr Scholls shoes. You will be totally maazed and they have a affordable price.

  4. if you have diabetes, you should consult a natural care doctor and he will get rid of your diabetes. you don't have to live with it.
