Diablo II: My helper froze and more...?

Question

I seem to be picking things up w/o actually clicking on it. This sounds like a glitch but I want to know how serious it is and if I should look for a patch or report it or what? (btw, I found her frozen in a hallway and not catching up to me. I transported back to base, and for now, she seems to be fine, but I don't appreciate her slacking if she's suppose to be helping.)

You might accidently be clicking on things without realizing it, I do that sometimes, shouldn't be anything serious.

As for the freezing glitch, if it keeps occuring then just report it.
